Home Cooks and Foodies will be guided by our self-taught culinary artist to focus on the (1) flavors (2) sights (3) and aromas of this ancestral favorite - Plant based!
The class will review different types of wraps such as banana leaves and corn husk, and best case usage for your canvas. We will also cover prepping your fillings, the types of sauces, including our favorite Mole Veracruzano, and lastly we will cover various steaming methods.
Workshops are limited to 12 students per class and are designed for all culinary levels.
