Vegan Holiday Dinner: Feast of the Seven Fungi

Ida Dolce is a vegan chef and cooking class instructor from Chicago, who has designed vegan cooking classes for various local businesses and helped open up a prominent vegan restaurant in Chicago. Join her for the first of her chef's dinner, Veganize This: Feast of the Seven Fungi.

Based on an Italian American Christmas Eve tradition known as Feast of the Seven Fishes, this 6-course holiday feast will have all of the same flavors and dishes as the traditional meal; made plant-based with mushrooms from various local Chicago mushroom farmers. Bring your family, closest friends, coworkers, random person, or just your lovely self, and eat like an Italian grandma is feeding you!

This event is BYOB, and we will have complimentary non-alcoholic options for anyone who wishes.
