Executive Chef Mike and TreVon White, Soul Vegan Diva, are teaming up to provide February's Vegan Cooking Class Thursday, Feb. 20, 6:30 p.m. in the CIA Cooking Class Kitchen, 312 Pearl Pkwy, 2nd Floor.
TreVon is a cancer survivor who changed her life through a vegan diet. She is a certified Dr. Sears Health Coach, Certified Veggiecation Educator, Certified Raw Vegan Chef, Certificate in Plant-Based Nutrition from Cornell.
Now as a health coach her approach is not to dwell on calories, carbs, fats, and proteins. It is not to create lists of restrictions or good and bad foods. Instead, she works with people to create a happy, healthy life in a way that is flexible, fun and rewarding.
Chef Mike and TreVon White will demonstrate how you can make great vegan food that will help change your life for the positive.
All dishes prepared will be vegan
During the class you'll receive a meal, drink and recipes.
