Tonight is all about working with the autumn bounty, and turning out tasty, wholesome dishes that will help inspire the upcoming season of hearty soups and stews. Let chef-instructor/wellness coach Juan Pablo Chavez show you how to safely and efficiently peel, cut, and prepare various squashes, and learn how to properly season and pair these superfoods with a delicious lineup of supporting ingredients.
