Greetings Chocolate and Wine Lovers:
Organic culinary herbs, flowers (lavender included), candied orange peel, dried delicate fruits such as blueberry, freeze dried raspberry and fleur de sel, these amazing ingredients not only beautifully compliment chocolate, they are also perfect for making chocolate arts!
In this hands-on vegan artisan chocolate and wine pairing class (limit 10), you’ll make exquisite artisan chocolates (Valrhona dark chocolate from France) with your choice of the ingredients above, which we'll relish with a Chateau de Seguin Bordeaux Superior 2013, an amazing red wine from the south of France. We'll even raffle a bottle at the end of the class.
In addition, my friend's son Skyler Li, the amazing young violinist will delight us with Vivaldi and Handel magical music! Such a lovely treat!
You'll leave the class with samples of your artistic creations and a small bag of Provence organic culinary lavender. Two small chocolate boxes, ribbon, raffia and labels will be provided so you can beautifully package these exquisite chocolates as holiday gifts or for your own enjoyment.
