This free workshop will introduce you to Vedic Meditation, a time-tested, technique that quickly provides us with the results we crave. The effect is a feeling of inner wakefulness and peace while also allowing the body to rest at profound levels.

We’ll discuss how this practice is truly effortless and yet delivers profound results on the body and mind. It is an interesting workshop and you will leave with a new understanding of meditation.


STEP 2: MEDITATION COURSE

Become an expert meditator in four days of about 1-2 hours each day.

Day 2: Meditation Guidelines
Day 3: How Stress Releases in the Body
Day 4: The Future of Your Meditation Practice and How to Make This a Daily Practice
