The Biological Clock – Is it for Real?
When it comes to fertility, many women are confronted with a biological clock that is ticking away. But why does it seem like there are more women having babies at older ages? Join Dr. Nancy Durso, a reproductive medicine specialist at VCU Health, who will discuss a woman’s biological clock and the ways she can determine how fast her clock is ticking. And in some cases, it could be slowed down or even stopped. Learn more about advances in IVF, pre-implantation genetic screening, donor egg, and cryopreservation of eggs.
