Postpartum Depression: Breaking the Silence

Postpartum depression is the #1 complication in pregnancy and childbirth. One in seven women will experience depression and/or anxiety during their pregnancy or after childbirth. Join Christine Isaacs, MD, Fidelma Rigby, MD, Bushra M. Shah, MD and Clinical Social Worker Janet K. Abraham, MSW to learn more about PPD, including how to identify risk factors and symptoms. Discover how VCU Health is supporting new moms and their mental health journey.
