The number of people with diabetes in the United States is rising. Eating right can help you control, or even reverse, diabetes. A diet rich in non-starchy vegetables, lean proteins, and increased fiber can positively impact your weight and blood glucose levels. Whether you have been diagnosed with diabetes or desire to learn about diabetes-friendly nutrition, join Dr. Susan Choe in a discussion about how food choices and meal planning can make a meaningful impact on your overall health.
