Pilates Live Founder, Alexia P. Hammonds is a classically trained Pilates Instructor, the first vBarre instructor, and Yoga instructor. She has been in the mind/body world for almost 10 years. Aside from finding her teaching a weekly Facebook Live class on the Pilates Live Facebook page, she teaches 9 classes weekly at her home studio, Classic Pilates.
