About Varna - Shades of Love:
Varna literally means colors and its many beautiful shades. For the evening's thematic presentation we have chosen the topic of Love and its different shades. Love has many interpretations. It is Simple and complex and involves extreme devotion to the Lord and yet we take a liberty to question that devotion. We will be exploring these ideas through some of the traditional Bharatanatyam pieces.
