Get centered in the city with an Ashtanga yoga session - infused with deep bass!

Sessions are offered weekly for fullbody strength, flexibility & alignment.

The practice of Ashtanga Yoga is all about integrating the breath with the movement & following a progressive sequence of postures that detoxify & balance both body & mind.

Monthly Schedule

Week 1 - Beginners level

Week 2 - Open level

Week 3 - Intermidate level

week 4 - Open level

New to Ashtanga?

Ashtanga is for everyone! Ashtanga yoga is a traditional lineage system of Yoga passed down from teacher to student. The grandfather of modern day yoga T. Krishnamacharya taught the system to K. Pattabhi Jois who then taught it to his daughter Saraswathi and his grandson Sharath along with many others over the course of time.

There are two ways to practice. Traditionally, Ashtanga is taught in the Mysore Style where each person is instructed privately within a group setting. Every student is supported in an ongoing program that is appropriate for beginners and advanced practitioners alike. Over time, through repetition and consistent practice the student memorizes the sequence of breathing and movement while building flexibility, strength and focus. Vanity Unedited also offers Led classes where all students are guided through the system at the same time. Led classes are offered at beginners level, Half-Primary (intermediate) & Full primary (advanced) levels.
