Please join us at Hootsuite's headquarters for our first Vancouver Zendesk User Group on Thursday, May 2nd!

We'll provide dinner, a customer speaker and then we'll open it up to you to discuss and share Zendesk best practices. Every customer uses Zendesk differently, so there are lots of great things to learn and we want to ensure that you are getting the most out of your Zendesk. If you can't attend, please make sure to subscribe to the Vancouver user group forum to keep apprised of future events!

6:00 - 6:15pm: Arrival and meet n' greet with other Zendesk users 
6:15 - 6:25pm: Welcome remarks from Zendesk's Community Evangelist, Marissa Root
6:25 - 6:45pm: Ryan Delmaire of Hootsuite will share their experience with Zendesk and how it helps their team provide stellar customer service
6:45 - 7:30pm: Breakout sessions to discuss what Zendesk features, integrations and support issues matter most to you and your organization
7:30 - 8:00pm: Networking

Who should attend: This event is for Zendesk customers as it is a working session focused on topics related directly to our product. It can also be useful for people looking to learn more about Zendesk and customer service.

We would love to hear if there are specific breakouts or other topics you would like discussed - please answer the optional questions during registration to get them added to the agenda.
