Values, Ideals and Ethics – A Leadership Workshop for the 2019 Workplace
Event Information
Description
Delve into how values, ideals and ethics shape business in this collaborative, two hour workshop. We’ll identify values in well-known organizations and ourselves, then examine leadership practices that exemplify what matters.
The workshop will begin with an examination of well-known companies. Then the participants will, through a series of exercises, identify their values and define them. Small group discussions will help participants see their blind spots and reflect, so that later we can operationalize those values into leadership practices. We’ll close with the importance of reflection and attention to the possibility of values drifting in undesirable directions.
Ticket price will cover materials and refreshments
