Sweet Freedom Cheese Shop opened in 2018 and has been featured in Cheese Market News, Culture Magazine, and was named by both The Wall Street Journal and Taste of Home Journal as one of the top independent cheese shops in the US to find the country’s best cheese.
Francois Guilloux was born in Paris, just a 7-minute walk from the Eiffel Tower. Living the Parisian life for 30 years trained him on the fundamentals to become an Epicurean. His passion for food and wine started early at the traditional family Sunday lunches and dinners with friends, and Francois continues to be excited to explore and discover food and wine pairings each time he pulls up a seat to the table. Francois settled in Little Rock after living in Asia for 5 years, founding VINO Distribution in 2017 with his wife Kellee. Starting with one wine and a Toyota minivan, VINO now has a robust and focused portfolio of high-quality, top-rated vineyards. Francois conducts private wine tastings, dinners, and tours and loves sharing his own experience and passion to help others experience something special around the table too.
