About this event
Dust off your aprons and rolling pins and come along to a special Valentines themed cookery class with Boston Bakeology's Andrea Feeney this February 2nd at the Irish Cultural Centre!
Settle in with some Irish Cheese, Crackers and a Glass of Wine* and get to grips with the fundamentals of homemade pasta, chocolate lava cakes, and the ever popular carbonara sauce in a fun and energetic environment!
This is a hands-on class and participants each create the dishes in hands on practical groups!

Pasta Carbonara with homemade Linguini - You will be making the pasta from scratch!
Chocolate lava cakes served with ice-cream
