About this event
Join Wyndridge Farm Lancaster this Valentine's day for a specialty Pairing Dinner. Enjoy a five-course meal featuring dishes not otherwise available at either Wyndridge Farm Location. Each dish is paired with a thoughtfully selected beer or hard cider selected by Head Brewer Josh Slider.

1st Course | Strawberry Lavender Granita
Both strawberry and lavender are famously involved with Valentine's day. Bright red and fragrant, a perfect start to this dinner.
2nd Course | Duck a' l' orange dumplings
Taking inspiration from France, this dish features confit duck inside a homemade fried dumpling. Served with a zesty orange sauce and butter butter. A colorful, yet unique spin on a famous dish.
3rd Course | Smothered Crab Toast
Similar to the the fan favorite dish at Wyndridge Dallastown! Toasted French bread smothered with garlic butter bechamel and topped with sauteed mushrooms, jumbo lump crab, and diced tomatoes.
4th Course | Baked Filet Tip Thermidor
Another twist on a timeless dish. Filet tips cooked and mixed into a sherry cream sauce. Baked together with shallots, asparagus, and bread crumbs. A hearty dish to end the night.
5th Course | Baked Apple Rose Pastry
Apples tossed with cinnamon and clove rolled into puff pastry and baked in the shape of a rose. Served with vanilla ice cream and salted caramel. A sweet ending to the perfect Valentine's dinner.
