Hors d oeuvre: Assorted cheeses, accompaniments
First Course: Char-grilled oysters, garlic butter, parmesan breadcrumbs
Second Course: Spring salad, figs, roasted pistachios, goat cheese, champagne vinaigrette
Third Course: Lobster bisque, creamy lobster broth, cold water lobster, sherry
Main Course: Bone-in filet mignon, bordelaise sauce, white truffle whipped potatoes, prosciutto asparagus
Dessert Course: Chocolate Chambord torte, white chocolate champagne crème, fresh raspberries
