A VALENTINE'S DAY FOOD + MUSIC EXPERIENCE

The Denver Food Rave has teamed up with Chef Alex Liberati of Liberati Resturant to create a Valentine's day edition of the Denver Food Rave experience. Bring your Valentine date to a one of a kind dining experience Saturday, Feb. 15th. The dinner service will start sharply at 6:00 p.m. We suggest the event to run 2.5/3 hours.

Enjoy a 4-course meal led by the chef with timed buffet stations. A knowledgeable server will be hosting each station providing information on the dish and what cocktails pair well with the food at that station. So, if you like something, grab more! Plus the cocktails are unlimited!

Live music sets will occur throughout the night by a local musician and band. Liberati has a large free parking lot with tons of street parking around the building.

About The Venue & Chef: Liberati

Born and raised in Rome, Italy, Chef Alex Liberati wanted to bring the best of his homeland with him. After a lengthy search process, he decided to plant his roots in Denver, CO. But he didn’t come alone. Joining him in Colorado are his executive chef, Marta Biasotti, his bread specialist, Federica Ansani and his right-hand man, Francesco Iacovino. Together they have embarked on creating a true taste of Italy right here in Denver.

In 2007 Alex founded one of the first great craft beer multi-taps in Italy, Brasserie 4:20. With beer sourced from around Italy and beyond Brasserie 4:20, to this day, it stands out as one of Italy’s best pubs. His brewery, Revelation Cat, challenged Italian palates with bold, powerful beers unheard of in Italy at the time.

About Denver Food Rave 2020 Series

Denver Food Rave is a culinary and music experience. We have combined 2 of life's little pleasures and turned them into a recurring intimate event. Each food Rave will take place at different locations with new chefs and live music.

We will have top chef-inspired food options. Some (depending on which event) Food Raves will include chef-led demonstrations of the courses. Wine or cocktail pairing with the dishes will give you full dining experience. While you are enjoying your 4-5 course meal, we will have live music that will range from acoustic sets to jazz bands. We will be sure to bring the best Denver has to offer.
