There's nothing like the heat of the kitchen to bring you and your sweetie closer together. Add a few bottles of wine and some hand-crafted treats and well, it may just get too hot to handle.
Join Charles of Creme and Crumble and Olive of Saint & Olive in making specialty cheesecakes and melt in your mouth cannolis. Once you've mastered the art of food-induced seduction, enjoy a traditional Chilean dinner from Sabores del Sur and learn about her upcoming bakery & cafe in Walnut Creek!

"We'll be learning to make two variations to get us started: Heartbeet Thrills & Velvet Rouge.
Heartbeet Thrills starts off with roasted baby beets infused with blueberries and hint of lemon swirled in, topped with blueberry red wine reduction compote. Heart beating already? Understandable.
Velvet Rouge is bright festive red with a hint of cocoa and orange zest, swirled with blackberry coulis. Perfect for some romance."

"Together we will make cinnamon pizelle, and roll them up into cannoli forms. We will dip those puppies in chocolate, and fill them with one of the three flavors of marscapone-ricotta filling we will make: sweet potato maple, espresso & cocoa nib, or lemon ginger pistachio."
