We are kicking off our weekly "Flight Night" wine tasting every Thursday from 5-7pm with a special guest and theme! Our good friend, Doreen Colondres from Vitishouse Wine School will be hand slicing Fermin Iberico jamon from Spain, the finest ham in the world, while the staff of Seaboard will be pouring a flight of three fine French Champagnes.
Doreen is a passionate chef with a profound love for wine. She is an active media personality who is WSET 3 certified and a tireless world traveler. Working hard to live through her passions for cooking and educating others, Doreen is also the creator of The Kitchen Doesn’t Bite and the author of the Amazon’s Best Seller, La Cocina No Muerde, published by Penguin Random House.
She doesn’t stop there, though. Doreen is currently an Ambassador and Consultant for the Spanish brand Fermín Ibérico (hence, this lovely ham) and from 2010-2015 she hosted 3 cooking shows with Fox Life-Utilisima Network, airing in 16 different countries.
Join us for a fun and informative event with Doreen and the Seaboard staff! Thursday February 13th from 5-7pm. It is an informal format and you may taste at your leisure between 5-7, but the event does end at 7pm.
