The monologues will be presented by a diverse cast of readers. “The Vagina Monologues” is performed in more than 140 countries and translated into 49 languages. This is a two-show opportunity: matinee and evening.

The Vagina Monologues was written in 1994 by Eve Ensler, and was comprised of over 200 interviews she did with a cross-section of women. They talked about sex, relationships, their connection to their bodies and violence against women. More specifically, they spoke intimately about their vaginas.

In 2006, The New York Times called the play “Probably the most important piece of political theater of the last decade.” In 2018, The New York Times stated “No recent hour of theater has had a greater impact worldwide,” in an article “The Great Work Continues: The 25 Best American Plays Since ‘Angels in America.’”

“The Vagina Monologues” has been a transformative experience for ALL who come to see it. You must be 18 years or older to attend or be accompanied by a parent or guardian. The production will be without intermission. It is approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes. Show goes on Rain or shine. Tickets: $25 at door if available.
