A Journey into Mindfulness

Modern life and city living can feel intense and overwhelming at times—our attention is pulled in many directions at once and we are in a state of constant alert. How can we not only find our center, but prosper, heal and enjoy ourselves in the process? How can we bring love and awareness to our actions and state of mind, rather than simply reacting to the circumstances around us? Join Kobi and Daniel in this, powerful experience of practicing mindfulness and love and connecting with your innate sense of peace. Bringing a Vagabond Temple experience from Cambodia to London, if you have already met and listened to both teachers or you will experience such an evening for the first time, you are in for a treat!

Suitable for all levels of experience and openness, at this event you will:

  • Slow down and calm the mind.

  • Learn and deepen your understanding of the mindfulness approach.

  • Experience guided mindful meditation and yoga practices.

  • Discover techniques for reducing stress and promoting relaxation.

  • Develop a daily mindful practice and integrate mindfulness into everyday life.

  • Co-create a relaxed, experienced, nurturing community of practice.
