Description:
Do you know what you do at work that’s getting in your way?
Often leaders have great awareness of their strengths, but aren't as about their liabilities. A grounded assessment of how you are perceived under stress can help you manage more effectively through difficult situations.
More than half of Fortune 100 companies (and our armed services) use the Hogan Development Survey (HDS) to help leaders understand their risk factors for self-sabotage. As an international authority in personality assessment, Hogan has over 30 years of experience helping businesses develop key talent and evaluate leadership potential. The HDS is a proven assessment tool that uses 11 personality scales to help leaders recognize shortcomings, maximize strengths, and build successful teams. The survey takes less than 30 minutes to complete online, and results must be debriefed by a certified Hogan specialist.
Danessa Knaupp, certified Hogan specialist and principal at Avenue 8 Advisors, has arranged for VACEOs members to take the HDS at cost, and will teach members how to understand their results. The meeting is free; the cost of the HDS assessment is $60. Participants will receive a confidential, 10+ page report on their personal liabilities as leader. Anyone who has had a Hogan HDS assessment (with Danessa or any coach) is welcome to bring it and attend for free.
Come join us to find out what you’re doing that is getting in the way of what you want, and power up your performance. Want to learn more before August 26? Visit www.howdoyouderail.com.
