Vacation Rental Design Summit

With the vacation rental industry booming, and design recognized as a key differentiator in the success of vacation rental properties, there are exciting opportunities for designers in the short-term rental market.

Presented by High Point x Design (HPxD) and High Point Market Authority (HPMA), the Vacation Rental Design Summit was created to offer business growth education and valuable networking opportunities in this market. It will launch in High Point, NC just before the official start of the Spring 2023 High Point Market

The two-day event, which kicks off with a VRD Summit eve mixer, will unpack the business of vacation rental design - its nuances, specialities, rewards and challenges. Featuring presentations and panel discussions, education topics include sourcing, logistics, design’s impact on profitability and ROI, the guest experience, technology for short-term rentals, storytelling and branding, and trends in the industry.

At the Summit, attendees will:

TERMS & CONDITIONS:

This event is open to the home furnishings trade only, and all registrations are subject to approval. Individuals who do not qualify for a pass to High Point Market will not be eligible to attend the Vacation Rental Design Summit. Upon registering, the High Point Market Authority will qualify each individual based on the information provided. Starting on Jan 3, 2023, approval or a request for additional information/documentation will be emailed within 5 business days. Failure to provide additional documentation, if requested, within 10 business days of emailed request will result in registration being declined. Only approved registrants may attend the Vacation Rental Design Summit.

Approved registrants will be automatically registered for the Spring 2023 High Point Market, as a Market pass is required for certain portion of the Summit agenda. If approved for an industry pass, there will be an additional $55 fee, processed separately through High Point Market's registration system. Those not approved will receive a full refund. Once approved, all tickets and fees are non-refundable.
