Tis the season for winter warmers. In the wine context, they are the bottled equivalent of a hearty bowl of soup, with the comforting ability to both warm the gullet and nourish the soul on particularly blustery days. Stylistically speaking, they're the opposite of the patio sipper — those bottles will remain in hibernation well into the new year. The ideal winter warmer is bold upfront, with assertive aromas right out of the glass. Ripe berry and spice are nice, not to mention they add an air of festiveness. Join us as we explore options for your winter drinking menu!
Walking in, you arrive at a sit down, casual, wine tasting in which we provide scrumptious individual plates of different varieties of cheeses, bread, and pâté. At our tastings we feature six new wines meaning each person gets six glasses of wine total; one for each bottle we showcase for that evening. At these gatherings everyone attending possesses their own level of knowledge and all are welcome! What brings is all together once every week is simply that we LOVE wine!
