Virtual Chief Revenue Officer’s proprietary, 5-step ACITA system will guide you forward along a custom-designed revenue growth path to achieving your intended business results.

What happens during the day?

Presentation of the fundamental principles of Intentional Growth and V-CRO’s unique, 5-step ACITA™ system, powerful hands-on workbook exercises, instruction in use of V-CRO tools and principles, discussion, group interactions and Q&A throughout. What is the timing and location?

The workshop begins at 10AM and ends at 5PM. The location is an easily accessible manhattan office building. Specific access details and additional information will be sent to all participants upon confirmation of registration.

How much does it cost?

The individual workshop attendee fee is $750. Discounts are available for multiple attendees from the same organization. Customized in-house versions of the workshop are also available, and will be quoted upon request. The attendee fee includes lunch during the event, a personal workbook, free access to select V-CRO tools and resources, and 30 days of post-workshop revenue growth support.

Who leads the workshop?

For more than 25 years, Joseph Olewitz was responsible for revenue growth at major global digital agencies selling services to recognized global brands. Joseph played on integral role on the global management teams where he was responsible for US-based and international revenue growth. In addition to his senior management skills and international leadership experience, Joseph has personally generated new business revenues in the multi-millions with a diverse group of global brands.

After leaving Digitas/LBi in January 2010, he built a consulting practice around “Intentional Revenue Growth,” generating a business development discipline that incorporates clear goals and KPIs to deliver strategic advisory services and tactical execution plans. Joseph is passionate about relationship selling based on the client-centered, pragmatic, business development programs he designs.

Throughout his career, Joseph has pushed the leading edge of platform and technological innovation. He is currently engaged in applying his sophisticated methodology to re-position, market, and sell multiple service offerings for clients ranging from start-ups to global brands.
