UXRS is kicking off the new year with a UX Job Market Panel discussion with Kháliya McCall, a UX Research agent at Creative People & Heidi Glynn, an internal recruiter at User Interviews. Join us to learn from these experienced UX job recruitment professionals about the current status of the UX job market as well as tips and tricks to help land your next position.

Kháliya McCall
Kháliya McCall is the UX/Design Research agent at Creative People where she focuses on supporting UX Research talent, of all levels by conducting portfolio reviews, interview prep, and while being a source for opportunities. She places mid to director level at the most impactful startups across the U.S. and has organically grown her network to more than 2,000 researchers. She strives to be a safe, supportive, and informative agent to all who work with her.
Heidi Glynn
Heidi Glynn is an internal recruiter at User Interviews. She has a background in recruiting and hiring roles with Fortune 500 clients in the Tech Industry and hiring candidates for UX, UXR, and Design roles. She is an empathetic, relationship cultivator who enjoys working with candidates to build long-lasting, personalized relationships.
