Come celebrate with your friends and colleagues for a first-time event in Seattle! Combined UX groups, representing more than 6,000 members, are thowing a party to celebrate and reflect on 2014. This event is being hosted by IxDA, UXPA, AIGA, ASIS&T, with support from UX/IA Meetup and Content Seattle.
What Should I Expect?
Festivities, Decorations, Photo Booth, Crafting Tables, Holiday music, and various games and surprises.
Food and Beverage
Exceptionally crafted evening of fine food, beverages, conversation, and lots of memories. Join your UX community and enjoy the Holiday Season in style. Unusual non-alcoholic beverages. Vegetarian and Gluten-Free options available.
Service. We will have limited bartending service. Servers handing out trays of fine finger foods, Canapé, and Hors d’oeuvres throughout the evening.
Alcohol: Custom-barreled, Nano-beers special brewed for this event: Pale, IPA, Wheated Red, and Imperial IPA. Single-varietal, blends, or estate bottled wines; Batch Bourbon and local Vodka (custom cocktail for event).

Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event?
Only people over the age of 21 will be allowed into this event. IDs are required per Facebook policy. NDAs matching the name on ID will need to be signed before entering the venue.
Can I switch or cancel tickets?
We will allow switching or cancellation of tickets up until Friday, December 5th at 5pm. After that, no refunds or changes can be made to existing ticket purchases. If you can't make it, please let us know. More than 100 people are on the wait list to this event. Help them out by releasing your ticket. Thanks!
Can I buy a ticket at the door? Sorry, we will not have ticket sales at the door.
Can I view pictures of the Metropolitan Building East? Sure. There are identical buildings (East and West) so you can view pictures. Facebook is in the East building as in these photos: HERE

What's up with the NDAs?
As you might have noticed, Facebook is requiring "personal" NDAs for every attendee. The NDA binds you as a person, and not on behalf of your company. Here is the NDA for your review: LINK
Facebook Seattle has confirmed that this will be the NDA at the event. If you are a sole proprietor or single member LLC, please email us for more details. if you are not comfortable with this NDA, we will gladly issue a refund.
What's a Donation Ticket? We will have non-profit UX charities at this event. With the purchase of the Donation Ticket, you will have the option to choose where your generous donation will go to at the event. The "donation ticket' is not good for admission into the event. if you believed otherwise, please begin the refund process by starting here.
What kind of Alcoholic Drinks will you serve? Standard Brewing was selected as our Holiday Nano-Brewing partner. Thanks for all your suggestions. You can learn more about Standard Brewing here Liquor: We will be having custom cocktails for Bourbon (Woodinville Distillery) and Vodka (Tito's)
Are you having a Photo Booth? Why, yes! Giffy is our Holiday Photo Booth partner.
What kind of Food? We have two vendors managing servers, bartenders, and food. Food will be served both stationary and by servers. We will have vegetarian and gluten-free options.
