Event description
UCAC Fall Meeting: Contractors at The Creek

About this Event

You don't want to miss this! The UCAC Fall Meeting will have something for everyone with a great venue, excellent food and amazing beer from Stony Creek plus a full evening of networking and informative sessions designed to help you run your business and keep you informed of the latest legislation affecting you.

We'll have two sessions this evening. First, a legislative panel designed to update contractors on the most recent legislation (approved and proposed) that may impact you and your business. Topics like infrastructure funding, the Clean Water Fund, electronic tolling, workforce development, occupational licensing, prevailing wage and job site safety will be covered, with time for Q&A and more informal networking with the lawmakers. Then, after a break, we'll hear from Attorney Paul Fitzgerald from Michelson, Kane, Royster & Barger on the topic of getting paid. Paul will share his experiences and tips for making sure your collections are on track.

All this and a great evening of networking and camaraderie with your peers at the beautiful Stony Creek Brewery in Branford. Your ticket price includes dinner and two drink tokens.
