About this Event

GRADES: 3rd - 12th

LOCATIONS: Salt Lake County, Utah County, and surrounding areas. (6 regular season games. 2 weeks of playoffs.)

We invite girls of all skill levels to join the fun, make friends, and play quality football.

The Utah Girls Tackle Football League is the first ALL-GIRLS league in the nation and they're in their 6th season. The rules of the league are designed to create more opportunities for girls to RUN, THROW, and CATCH the ball.

The younger leagues play with smaller teams that have fewer linemen, prohibits blitzing, and use smaller balls that are easier to catch and throw. The high school leagues play regulation rules with a few changes to improve game flow.

Safety is a HUGE priority! Both divisions have gathered some of the best coaches that teach an aggressive, HeadsUp style of play. The league is completely run by volunteers so make sure to sign up and help this ALL-GIRLS league grow.  Register today!
