UT1: Improv Foundations

Description
Your improv journey begins here. Whether you want to get on stage or not, this class will help you enjoy any improv show you watch from now on. You'll be able to see the moves players make on stage and speak the language of improv. Getting an overview of the Unscripted style of improvisation, you'll learn about: Deep Agreement, Emotional Work, Object Work & Scene Painting, Scene Work, Game Play, Forms, Narrative, & Surrealism. The class builds towards a Graduation Show for friends and family on the Unscripted stage!
*Students who have completed this course may advance to UT2: Duo Improv with instructor approval.
Minimum: 5 Students, Maximum: 16 Students
Time: Sundays from 1pm-3pm, Jan 8th - Mar 12th
Show: Sunday, Mar 19th @1p
