Looking to find balance in your life, reduce stress and improve your health? Usui Reiki 1 is the foundational course for activating the Reiki flow in your hands.

Reiki is easy to use and is not based on any religious or spiritual background. It is ideal for people who are new to alternative healing and want to empower themselves. There is no special gift required to learn Reiki, anyone can have Reiki activated in their hands.

We teach the traditional Usui method with no belief system, religious bias or spiritual background.

The weekend is very interactive and experiential so that you are confident in giving Reiki treatments to yourself and others. This is one of the best gifts you can give yourself or a loved one.
