Description

Audience: School Teachers and School Administrators

It is obvious that there is a growing demand on educator’s time, especially when you factor in a teaching schedules, assessments, evaluations, meetings, and school projects. Timing is especially stretched when you factor in coordinating collaborative planning time with a co-teacher. Co-teaching is most effective when teachers routinely schedule collaborative planning time. How can a teacher find enough collaborative planning time to adequately meet the needs of their learners?

The solution to the aforementioned problem is effective digital co-planning. In this session we will look at options for collaborative digital co-planning to help streamline the co-planning process. We will examine ways to use technology to manage pre-planning coordination, reflection, lesson planning, assigning roles, and lesson evaluation.

In this session attendees will be trained on Office 365, G-suite, and Slack. These technology platforms are the front runners in streamlining collaboration, coordination, teamwork, and organization. Imagine co-teachers being able to coordinate schedules, collaborate on a lesson in real-time, or assign roles for activities without losing out on down time or travel time. If this session sounds like it would benefit you or your teachers, sign up to attend this technology session.
