Google's productivity suite can be very useful for meetings and courses allowing for collaborative work and file sharing capabilities. Come to this workshop and learn more about Google Drive to save, collect, and share files for collaboration. You will also learn about Google Docs (Word Processing, Spreadsheets, Presentations, and Forms) which will allow you to not only create new documents but you can also open up Microsoft Office documents like Word, Excel, or PowerPoint to work collaboratively. You can save or share your Google documents out to MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, PDF, etc). Finally you will be introduced to Google Hangouts which can be used for instant messaging and videoconferencing.
