This event is for anyone who is currently chairing or co-chairing an Employee Network or who is involved with running them. An Employee Network could be a Parent Network, a DEI Network or a Women's Network for example. Attendees can connect with other network co-chairs and chairs, and discuss best practice examples for driving change.

Verena Hefti MBE will chair this roundtable and we will be including best practice examples from other employee networks.

Objectives:

  • Learn from best practice examples from other employee networks
  • Share key challenges and problem solve with others
  • Increase confidence and motivation to drive change through employee network groups
