Description
Although it can be a powerful tool to help get affordable housing projects approved, frequent amendments to the Government Code can make it intimidating or confusing for developers to use the State Density Bonus Law. This training will discuss how to: qualify for a Density Bonus; use incentives, concessions and waivers to reduce project costs and modify development standards; determine applicable parking reductions; and understand the public agency process for reviewing and approving Density Bonus applications.
