LEED v4 Workshop -
Updates to the BD&C: NC rating system
LEED works for all buildings—from homes to corporate headquarters—at all phases of development. LEED v4 certification is the newest way to earn points across several areas that address sustainability in the built environment. This workshop will review updates to the technical requirements of the LEED v4 Building Design and Construction rating systems. The presentation will cover each credit category, touch on every prerequisite and credit, and highlight differences specific to LEED for New Construction.
Attendees will include, Owners, designers, contractors, product manufacturer’s and building operators who are interested in better understanding the general updates to the LEED rating systems.
8:00 Registration and breakfast. Program begins promptly at 8:30 am and will conclude at 12:30 pm.
This course is apporved for 4 GBCI CE's and AIA LU/HSW's.
This course includes breakfast, snacks, and beverages.

David Hubka is the Director of the LEED consultant team within Transwestern Sustainability Services. He guides the day-to-day project specific issues of the existing buildings, new construction, commissioning and energy modeling teams.
