Join USGBC Colorado's first Southern Branch event in 2017 with a focus on Dynamic Plaque, a new form of green building certification from LEED (Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design). The LEED Dynamic Plaque is a certification program which allows buildings to improve their energy performance on an ongoing basis, using real-time and/or frequently updated feedback and ratings. Dynamic Plaque is truly a cut above the green building standard, and we're proud to be a pioneer in its adoption and use. We will share what LEED Dynamic Plaque is and how it is helping to revolutionize the LEED program and it's future uses in buildings all over the world.
- Explore the initial rollout of the Dynamic Plaque and how it has adapted to industry needs and learn the features of the Dynamic Plaque.
- Discuss prescriptive versus performance based programs for LEED EBOM projects and understand how to enter data into the Dynamic Plaque.
- Learn from a real world example of what it took to apply for Dynamic Plaque via challenges and successes.
- Discuss lessons learned from applying for Dynamic Plaque with a real work example
This event is worth 1 GBCI continuing education hour.
