Event description
Enhance Your UX Research Skills

About this Event

If your job title has anything to do with design, it’s likely that you’ve experienced the need to do some form of UX research as part of your process. Conducting user research will enable you to go beyond the surface of what people say they want, and instead uncover what they actually need. Not only is it key for making sure your products and features solve your customers’ problems today -- it’s also how you’ll gain actionable insights to design for the future.

In this workshop, we’ll show you how and why we talk to people and why it’s important to study their lives and habits. We’ll also share our tools and techniques, specifically for moderating and facilitating interviews. At every stage of the design process, these methods can be used to keep product development on-track and in-line with both business and user needs.
