Event description

Description

User-centered design might sound intimidating, or get framed by stakeholders as extra work, but it can be very simple, straightforward, and valuable. In this presentation, we'll walk through a set of exercises, practices, and rationales that you can follow to make sure that the websites or tools you’re creating are designed with your customers in mind.

This presentation is limited to MIT staff.
