For one glorious Friday in July, Usdan Center, Long Island's premier arts camp, will be alive with the sights and sounds of grownups at play. On Friday, July 12th, 2013, come to camp and leave the kids at home!
Select a major class, as well as an afternoon activity (descriptions below).
Morning coffee and doughnuts, Lunch, Amphitheater concert, and an ice cream treat are also included.
Tuition: $65 per person, $100 for two.
Please note: Usdan University is for Adults only.

- DIGITAL PHOTOGRAPHY
Photographic composition and presentation on Macintosh computers. (Bring your digital camera.)
Set your easel for painting, with acrylics and/or pastels.
- HAND BUILDING CERAMICS
Experiment with hand forming in ceramic design. Participants may leave their pieces for firing, and pick them up later in the summer.
- POTTER'S WHEEL CERAMICS
Enjoy turning on the potter's wheel. Participants may leave their pieces for firing, and pick them up later in the summer.
- BROADWAY JAZZ DANCE
Come and meet your dancing feet! (Some background suggested.)
- MUSICAL THEATER
A class in acting, speech, movement, voice, theatrical expression and improvisation. (No prerequisite.)
- ORGANIC GARDENING AND SIMPLE FOOD
Green Thumb? Top Chef? Create your own miniature herb garden and learn some tasty recipes that incorporate your harvest!

Usdan Center for the Creative and Performing Arts is the nation’s preeminent not-for-profit summer school of the arts.
