Registration Tips:

Fair attendees, we're thrilled to see you at the event! Please register for the total number of guests planning to attend the fair. All fair information will be associated with the main contact who registers, but if there are multiple gap year "researchers" within your group, we recommend that you register separately.

For example, if you're planning on bringing the whole family of 4, and both mom and the high school senior in your group would like to do their own gap year research, we recommend having mom sign up for 3 people (including 2 tag alongs) with her contact information and the gap year candidate can then register on their own.

Each person who registers will receive an ID card/Gap Year Fast Pass to use to exchange contact information with program providers you'd like to keep in touch with. After the fair, you'll be able to log in and access a curated list of all your favorite programs you met at the fair to help you continue your gap year program search after the event.

If there's any confusion here or if your plans change, don't worry! We can set things straight on the day of the event when you check in at the registration table. Thanks, and see you there!
