Join leaders from the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission's (NRC) Small Business Program in Atlanta, Georgia on Wednesday, June 5th at the Georgia State University Student Center for a FREE Small Business Exchange and Matchmaking Event. 

 

Learn how to successfully do business with the NRC, as well as other federal, state, and local agencies and large prime contractors. Gain valuable insight to efficiently grow your business by leveraging your HUBZone or other certifications.

  

The NRC Small Business Exchange & Matchmaking Event is Free to attend and is geared towards providing training for experienced contractors as well as those who are new to government contracting. Our goal is to inspire business owners by providing valuable resources and education from both the private and public sector industry professionals to assist them throughout their journey toward growth in the government contracting sector.

 

What to Expect at the NRC Small Business Exchange and Matchmaking Event: An event packed with informational sessions, B2B and B2G matchmaking, networking opportunities, and a resource expo with partners from local and national organizations.

THINGS TO NOTE:

  • Light refreshments will be provided. For your convenience, the Food Truck Association has been invited to provide breakfast and lunch options for attendees throughout the day.

DIRECTIONS 

  • From the North:  Follow Interstate 75/85 southbound to Exit 249A (Courtland Street) and turn right onto Courtland Street. You will enter the campus after you cross Edgewood Avenue (at the seventh traffic light). The Student Center East is at the corner of Courtland and Gilmer streets.
  • From the South: Follow Interstate 75/85 northbound to Exit 246 (Central Avenue/Fulton Street) and take the right fork following the signs to Fulton Street. At the first traffic light, turn right onto Fulton Street. Continue to the first light and turn left onto Capital Avenue, which will change into Piedmont Avenue. You will enter the campus after you pass the Georgia State MARTA station on the right. The Student Center East is at the corner of Piedmont and Gilmer Street.
  • From the East: Follow Interstate 20 Westbound to Exit 58A (Capital Avenue) and turn right onto Capital Avenue, which will change into Piedmont Avenue. You will enter the campus after you pass the Georgia State MARTA station on the right. The Student Center East is at the corner of Piedmont and Gilmer Street.
  • From the West: Follow Interstate 20 Eastbound to Windsor/Spring Street. Stay in feeder road to the third traffic light and turn left onto Central Avenue. You will enter the campus at Decatur Street. Turn right onto Gilmer Street. The Student Center East is at the corner of Gilmer and Piedmont Avenue.

MARTA:

  • Take East/West rapid-rail line to the Georgia State Station. Exit station onto Piedmont Avenue. Walk right two blocks to Gilmer Street (you will cross over Decatur Street). Cross Piedmont and enter Student Center East at the corner of Piedmont and Gilmer.
