Event Overview:

This event is a must attend for anyone considering moving to the U.S. under either an investor or business visa. This event includes an overview of both the EB-5 program and other investment and business related immigration opportunities. Eligibility for an EB-5 investor based visa can be as low as $500,000 USD and can provide permanent residency (a green card) for your entire family.

This two hour seminar provides a detailed basis for anyone considering an EB-5 or other investment based move to the U.S.. The event starts at 2:00 p.m. and ends at 5:00 p.m.

The event is sponsored by The EB5 Group, LLC whose professionals have significant experience in the development of real estate projects. The EB5  Group manages an expanding portfolio of Regional Centers focused on meeting the increasingly rigorous demands of the EB-5 investor. Each project is sponsored by a designated Regional Center that is fully approved by United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (“USCIS”) and managed by EB5 Group.

Our Speakers:

Michael B. Dye

Michael B. Dye, Esq. 

Michael B. Dye, Esq. is a frequent international lecturer and expert in immigration law. Mr. Dye is a former U.S. diplomat, with extensive experience working in the Middle East, Latin America and Asia, and has the regional expertise to break through cultural barriers and provide the comprehensive legal assistance to solve all of your immigration needs. Fluent in Spanish, he has served at the U.S. Embassy in Mexico City, and has worked with numerous other U.S. embassies and consulates worldwide. 

Mr. Dye's office provides immigration assistance to potential investors seeking permanent residency in the United States, entrepreneurs seeking to establish business operations in the United States, and companies looking to expand their presence by establishing new offices in the United States.  

Mr. Dye also provides consular processing assistance, and advises clients from all nationalities in all visa categories. Mr. Dye is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA), and is admitted to practice law in various jurisdictions, including California and the District of Columbia. Mr. Dye is an active member of the American Chamber of Commerce in Japan (ACCJ), and the American Chamber of Commerce in Singapore (AmCham Singapore).


Bradley Sher

Bradley Sher joined the Molasky Group of Companies in 1998 as Chief Financial Officer and has an impressive and extensive background in finance and real estate. Sher is a principal in the firm and in 2014 was promoted to also serve as President of the Government Projects Division, which has developed over $1.3 billion of projects over the last 10 years, and currently has over $400 million of construction projects under development. Sher assists in the management of the company’s extensive portfolio of real estate holdings and in the development of new business opportunities.

In addition to his role at Molasky, Sher is Chief Executive Officer and Managing Member of EB5 Group, LLC. EB5 Group, and its team of professionals, raises capital for real estate projects through the United States Citizenship and Immigration Service (USCIS) approved EB-5 immigration investment program. The company’s projects have been successfully adjudicated by USCIS and the company is currently engaged in raising over $350 million of EB5 capital. All EB5 At-Risk funds are managed by EB5 Group for an expected hold period of 5-7 years.

Prior to joining The Molasky Group of Companies, Sher worked as a Senior Analyst in the Real Estate Investment Banking Group of Deutsche Bank. It was during that time that Sher developed knowledge of financial structuring for public and private enterprises. Some of his notable projects have included mergers and acquisitions for various REITs, underwriting/managing new transactions for the CalPERS portfolio with a value in excess of $2 billion, private placements of both debt and equity, follow-on offerings of equity, and venture capital investments.

Sher holds an MBA from the Anderson School at the University of California Los Angeles and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Corporate Finance from The Marshall School at the University of Southern California, where he was recognized as the top graduating student for his year. He is a licensed California Real Estate Broker and held both NASD series 7 and 63 licenses.
