Event description

Description

Do you want to learn the best places to ride a bike in Philadelphia, or how to take advantage of the city's biking infrastructure?

Are you nervous about riding safely on city streets, and want to feel safer on the road?

Do you want to learn how to fix a flat tire and do basic maintainance on your bike?

Well you can learn all of these things at our combined Urban Riding and fix-a-flat course!

At every course we go over how to properly ride in traffic, how to navigate cars and pedestrians safely, how to signal to others on the road, etc. We go over how to navigate Philly's bike lanes and how to easily get to some of the city's most famous landmarks, along with many other tips on reaping the benefits of riding a bike.

Out next course, and last course for the semester, will be at the Rad Dish Cafe at 6:00 on Tuesday, October 23rd.
