Event description

Description

Live in a city?

More than half of the world’s population does.

If you believe that permaculture design is relevant and necessary for healthier cities and a better planet, we invite you to join us on Saturday, October 6 for a one-day workshop and conversation on practicing permaculture in the city. We’ll highlight:

  • Practicing our ethics in the city
  • Technical needs and opportunities in an urban environment
  • Access to land and community-building
  • Regional ties and design

Whether you live in a large city or a small one–or in the country outside a large city, you’ll find practical information and coalition-building opportunities–so join us!

Facilitators: Rhonda Baird, Milton Dixon and William Faith
