Description

Explore the buzz around bees in NYC, from honey’s ascent on bar and restaurant menus, to the proliferation of urban apiaries and the unseen pesticide fallout impacting the city’s hives. Edible History queen bee Victoria Flexner moderates a conversation with meadmaker Raphael Lyon of Enlightenment Wines and Bushwick cocktail bar, Honey’s, and Tim O’Neal of Borough Bees.
