Event description
Grounds for change: a conference on rising out of poverty in NH

About this Event

The Opportunity Atlas, an interactive map following 20 million Americans from childhood to their mid-30's, shows how prospects for children can differ vastly from one neighborhood to the next; circumstances can either launch them on a trajectory of success or trap them in profound inequality. This conference will explore how we can replicate the features of "high opportunity" neighborhoods to help children in New Hampshire RISE OUT OF POVERTY.
