First Course: Roasted Acorn Squash Salad - Maple rosemary vinaigrette, bacon lardons, pomegranate, gorgonzola cheese, shallots, fine herbs and arugula. Paired with Aardwolf BYOB
Second Course: Mussels - Sauteed in brown butter, garlic, butternut squash, deglazed with white wine and tarragon aioli. Paired with Aardwolf San Marco Sour
Third Course: Pretzel Bites - With smoked Gouda cheese sauce. Paired with Aardwolf Styrofoam
Main Course: Lamb Pops - Earl Gray tea crusted lamb pops with a parsnip apple puree and a cranberry gastrique. Paired with Aardwolf Antwacky
Dessert Course: Creme Brulee - Carmel popcorn Creme Brulee. Paired with Aardwolf White Russian Imperial Stout
